warm room street noise
The location is quite close to Kings Cross Station, with access to many places.
My room was warm, though the weather outside was cold. I did not sleep well because of that. I also noted noise from the street and from other guests returning late at night. These issues need addressing..

I appreciated the air conditioning. Many affordable places in the area lack it. the top floors can get quite hot, so this was a great feature. the room was super clean and cozy, so i enjoyed my stay. the location was also perfect for exploring the area.
i found the stairs to be a little narrow, especially when carrying luggage to the top floor.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The walk took only minutes. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful at all hours. i enjoyed the indoor and outdoor seating areas offered. breakfast featured a beautiful and tasty selection.
the room i stayed in was quite small. it made navigating the space a bit difficult with luggage.
